Every campaign runs for 30 days. To enter production, it must reach the minimum pre-sale goal. If the goal isn’t met, all orders are fully refunded — no risk to supporters. Be part of bringing exclusive art toys to life!
MANUFACTURE – 2 to 2.5 Month Production Timeline

Once a campaign succeeds, the custom toys go into batch production. Our high-quality manufacturing process typically takes 2 to 2.5 months, ensuring each collectible meets premium standards before arriving at our warehouse.
SHIPPING – Worldwide Delivery & Real-Time Shipping Quote

After production and quality checks, your limited-edition toy is carefully packed and shipped directly to you. We offer worldwide delivery, and you can enter your shipping address at checkout to see the shipping cost and confirm whether we ship to your country.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES – International Shipping Notice

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. We partner with UPS, FedEx, and DHL for fast delivery.
We currently cannot ship to military addresses but are working to restore this service.

Return Policy
If a Campaign does not achieve its funding goal, all orders will be refunded within 3-7 business days.

We process refunds in full for the original transaction amount. Please note that if your credit card has automatic currency conversion enabled, your bank may apply exchange rate differences or additional fees. These charges are not covered by us. To avoid such discrepancies, you may contact your bank to disable automatic currency conversion.

You can request a refund before the crowdfunding campaign ends; once the campaign is successful, no refunds will be issued. To cancel your order, contact customer service at anna@mrlling.com.
