Overseas Warehouse Transportation Details:

The US warehouse in Los Angeles, the EU warehouse in Poland, according to the order of products priority to arrange the nearest warehouse delivery.

Order Processing Time: We typically process all orders within 24-48 business hours and ship within 48-72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Details for the US Warehouse:

Important Notes:
Products will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Accessories purchased separately will be shipped via USPS.
Only USPS can deliver to a PO box address. Products over 6kg cannot be mailed to a PO box address.

Customs Clearance Issues:

Due to religious beliefs, customs and other factors, we are unable to ship to Africa as well as Middle Eastern countries.

1. Due to transportation restrictions, lube fluid fittings are not available in other regions except Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Mexico and EU countries.

2. Depending on regional tax rules, the authorities may impose other taxes on you that are beyond our control and you will be responsible for these costs.

3. The parcel may be randomly checked by customs in transit, you will be required to provide customs clearance documents. It is recommended that you pay attention to your mailbox after placing the order, and upload the clearance documents within one week after receiving the notification to avoid the parcel being returned.

4. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure your package is delivered smoothly, please provide a valid street address.

5. Transportation time may be affected by force majeure factors (natural disasters and social emergencies, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, plagues, riots, martial law, riots, wars, etc.), which are not included in the normal transportation time.
