A Passion for Character
Our journey didn't start with a product, but with a passion. For years, our core brand, MRL, has been a home for creators and fans who share a deep love for unique character art and captivating design. We built a vibrant community around this shared world, but we felt a spark of desire for something more—a new way to celebrate the art we all loved.
Bringing Digital Art to Daily Life
We saw the incredible digital art being created by our team and by talented artists across the internet. We, and the community, loved these characters, but they were confined to the screen. The question became clear: How could we bridge the gap between the digital canvas and the physical world? How could we take this art and make it a tangible part of our fans' daily lives—something they could hold, display, and share?
The Birth of MRLLING
Driven by this vision, MRLLING was born. It was our answer—a new venture dedicated to creating high-quality, accessible anime merchandise for everyone to enjoy. We started by developing our own original character, the spirited and iconic "Ling," bringing her to life in our very first collection.
But we knew the heart of the anime community beats strongest when we work together. Our next challenge was to reach out and partner with the amazing independent artists and influencers on Twitter and beyond whose work we've always admired. We wanted to build a platform that not only offered cool products but also directly supported the creators who inspire us all.
